This 24 year old female revision rhinoplasty patient came to Dr. Rawnsley’s office after being dissatisfied with her initial rhinoplasty procedure and with the complaint of a heavy appearing nose.

On examination Dr. Rawnsley identified a persistent over-projection of the radix and nasal dorsum.

She underwent revision rhinoplasty with dorsum realignment, de-projection of the nose and substantial reduction of radix and bridge.

She was very happy with the subtle result.
