Revision Rhinoplasty Case 13

This 24 year old revision rhinoplasty patient from Santa Monica came to Dr. Rawnsley’s office after having a prior rhinoplasty procedure which left her less than satisfied with her results.

She complained of a prominent nose and on examination Dr. Rawnsley identified her case as a classic Polly Beak Deformity along with a downward and over-projecting nasal tip.

She underwent closed revision rhinoplasty for profile alignment, nasal de-projection and tip rotation.
