This 34 year old woman came to our Los Angeles plastic surgery office wanting to make some changes to her appearance. She was unhappy with the hump on her nose that she felt was the focal point of her face. She was also curious about what could be done about her jaw line.
When she met with Dr. Rawnsley for her one-on-one consult she expressed her concerns and her desires. They discussed different options including how to address the pouchy area under her chin.
In the surgery center, the doctor performed the nose surgery endonasally, which would leave the least visible scarring for the patient. He reduced the dorsal hump and deprojected the nasal tip. Additionally, Dr. Rawnsley performed liposuction on the patients submental fat (the area under her chin and jaw).
And just look at the result. This patient truly looks terrific.
