4. CONSULTATION AND APPOINTMENT POLICIES

4.1 Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation request through our Website does not guarantee an appointment. We reserve the right to decline consultation requests at our discretion.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in termination of the doctor-patient relationship.

4.3 Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
